To be considered for this role you will have the following:
- Certificate or degree in Quantity Surveying and/or estimating or a related field.
- Proficient in cost estimation, measurement, and valuation techniques.
- Familiarity with construction contracts, procurement processes, and relevant industry standards.
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite specifically Microsoft Excel and relevant quantity surveying software applications.
