As a member of our Customer Experience Roofing Team, you'll be at the forefront of providing efficient and accurate customer interactions across various channels. Your key responsibilities will include influencing sales to process orders and quotes, offering solutions, and providing top-notch support to our valued customers.
This role would suit someone with the following attributes:

  • Effective communication

  • Able to understand plans and measurements
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft applications
  • Exposure to Microsoft dynamics AX

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 2 + years Customer Service experience via phone and online channels
  • Steel Distribution or Manufacturing experience required (roofing preferred).
  • Sales experience
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft applications
  • Exposure to Microsoft dynamics AX

You will work a minimum of 40 hours per week, guaranteed to be worked between 7am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Please note that this is a full time position.
We offer an annual salary of $62,000.
