We are a New Zealand owned and operated paint manufacturer based in Auckland, Hamilton and Wellington and have been operating for over 50 years. We are a small hardworking team, who appreciates someone with a good sense of humour, who likes to work hard and is a good team player. 


About the role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our small team looking after Reception and Accounts. This involves liaising with warehouse, sales, technical and admin staff, and providing backup to Customer Services. This is a full time, permanent role based in East Tamaki. Hours are 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.


Key Duties

  • Processing debtor invoices
  • Processing debtor credits/product returns
  • Month end processing
  • Credit control
  • Maintaining customer pricing/discounts
  • Answering phones
  • Greeting and signing in visitors
  • Assisting customers with queries
  • General office duties  
  • Backing up Customer Services with taking and entering customer orders

Required Skills

  • Some accounts or reception experience
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to get on with a range of people/personalities
  • Good written and spoken English
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Experience working with Microsolft Navision (a plus but not necessary)
