Mahe Glasstech & Aluminium is an approved fabricator of the Omega Windows + Doors systems, specialising in aluminium joinery for residential new-builds and commercial projects.

We're looking for somebody who can:

  • Manage receivables and payables
  • Manage GST & PAYE
  • Manage payroll - collect timesheets, manage employee information, load pay runs and communicate with employees about leave entitlements, etc
  • Purchasing and inventory management
  • Manage stock and inventory
  • Allocating human resources, space and equipment
  • Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Ensuring joinery work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures
  • Be a clear and effective communicator

Skills and experience:

  • Sound knowledge working with Xero accounting software
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Payroll/PAYE
  • GST
  • Monthly management reporting
  • Microsoft Office skills, particularly good Word/Excel ability
