We are a manufacturing business in the kitchen industry based in East Tamaki looking for a motivated and skilled person  to join our small management team. Days and hours are flexible and in the vicinity of 25-30 hours per week including the option of partial remote working.

The responsibilities include:

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable  (MYOB)
  • Weekly Payroll  (Acepays)
  • GST and IR Filing
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Daily cashflow Management/Reporting
  • Job reporting from Systemise (Job Management System)
  • Showroom and phone support as required

The successful candidate will also possess the following strengths: 

  • Flexible and adaptible
  • Enjoys working as part of a small management team
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An excellent understanding of MYOB
  • Preferably experienced with Acepays
  • Enjoys working with technology including trouble shooting
  • Competence in the Microsoft Office Suite and basic administration of Microsoft 365 platform
