How To Recruit in Today’s Market

Global uncertainty on the back of 2020, coupled with new immigration laws have created a candidate driven market with talent shortages across most industries in New Zealand.  In this Lunch and Learn interactive session run by Matt and Rachel from The People Place, we’ll be exploring topics such as:

  • How to run an effective recruitment process
  • How the talent landscape has shifted, and candidate expectations have changed – things to be aware of
  • The importance of candidate experience when you’re competing for talent
  • Knowing when to run a recruitment process yourself, vs. when it’s time to call for help

Event Refund Policy:

GETBA offers a full refund if the booking is cancelled in writing at least 48 hours before the event. If the cancellation is received after this deadline a refund will not be offered. GETBA reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrolment or other exceptional circumstances. In such circumstances, all participants will be offered a full refund. If an event is postponed, GETBA reserves the right to either transfer registration to a new event or issue a full refund.
