Because of COVID-19, it may not be reasonably practicable for us to have a physical AGM at a particular place. Accordingly, we have used s 10 of the Covid-19 Response (Requirements for Entities-Modifications and Exemptions) Act 2020, should it be required, to allow us to use electronic means to call and hold the meeting, including for the purpose of establishing a quorum, voting, giving or receiving information and all related matters concerning the AGM in order to give the same effect as if a normal AGM were occurring.
