We’re looking for a customer service super star, someone who loves helping our new and existing customers with all their storage needs. Our customers use us because we are friendly, quick to help out and go the extra mile in ensuring our customers property is secure and safe.

About the role:
This is a part time permanent position working Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, a total of 24 hours per week. This role will be located at our East Tamaki branch. 

  • Offer exceptional customer service to ensure our customers get the best storage solutions to suit their needs
  • Selling storage solutions and signing up new customers face to face, via email and over the phone
  • Managing customer invoices and payments
  • Undertake regular security checks
  • Keeping facilities clean and tidy

You will be:

  • Experienced with customers and selling solutions in person and over the phone
  • Able to adapt and think on your feet
  • Great communicator and team player
  • Confident with the use of computers using Outlook and Word
  • Enjoy managing your day-to-day work schedule
  • Great with detail and focused on getting things right
  • Able to deal with change, as well as being able to work well with a variety of diverse people.
