About You
You’re a customer service superstar with previous management experience in a customer service/sales environment.  You will enjoy implementing new systems and have developed standard working and operating procedures. You’re driven, passionate and will take charge.  You will have some experience in the hospitality industry – although if you don’t, a great sense of humour and the ability to bring energy and passion to the team will be a great start!

About The Role

Reporting to the General Manager of Service, this role is to manage a diverse customer service team which will include specialists with experience and knowledge operating across all categories within the business.  There will be an initial need to focus on cross training the team to ensure there is back up for each area.
You’ll have 6 people reporting directly to you – 5 are Auckland based and 1 based in Wellington, so you’ll need to be comfortable with remote management and some national travel will be required on occasion.
