Joining our small team and working from our office in Highbrook, Auckland, we are looking for an experienced Accounts / Office Administrator who is able to take ownership of our internal NZ accounts, assisting with our Australian accounts and general office admin duties along with customer and sales support.
- Monthly Accounts NZ and Consolidated
- Budgeting and Variance Reporting
- Cash Management including FX Control
- GST Returns and Reconciliations
- Accounts Payable / Receivable
- Customer Service Support via phone and email
- Invoicing PM Servicing Job Sheets
- Assisting with Sale Quotations / Processing Sales
- Assisting with Year End Accounts
- and a wide range of challenges that a dynamic fast-moving entity experiences especially in relation to customer tenders and associated deadlines.
Our new position is available for immediate start.
